What is Lynfit?
Lynfit is a nutritional company that sells things like protein, power shots and a fat burning combo pack. Depending on the products you choose, you could be taking supplements or drinking protein multiple times a day. We tried to find out when the website or company was started, but there doesn’t seem to be any information available.
Lisa Lynn is the founder of Lynfit. She worked with Martha Stewart as a personal trainer for more than a decade. She has 30 years as a nutrition and weight loss professional. According to the terms and conditions, no returns are allowed. So, you are stuck with your purchase even if it doesn’t work as promised.
- Long Term Results
- Safe to Use
Lynfit isn't a terrible deal, but it can be taxing to take multiple supplements every day.
Active Lynfit Ingredients
There are multiple products in the formulas from Lynfit, so we decided to take a look at a few of the more common and more important ones.
Raspberry Ketones – plenty of research has been completed on this ingredient, but none on humans. We were unable to find any strong connection to weight loss.
African Mango Extract – also referred to as irvingia gabonensis, this ingredient has been tested and shown to have a positive effect on weight loss. But, it is most effective when combined with cissus quadrangularis.
Fennel Seed – a spice that originated in southern Europe. It is an amazing source of fiber, so appetite suppression is a possibility.
Cascara Sagrada – a natural, stimulant laxative used predominantly to fight constipation.
Whey Protein Concentrate – a milk-based source of protein. Protein, or amino acids to be specific, can curb appetite.
Maltodextrin – added to food to thicken. Doesn’t necessarily have a taste.
Fructose – natural fruit sugar.
Caffeine – stimulant that may increase energy, especially in people who’re not used to drinking coffee, tea or soda. There is a connection with a boost to metabolism.
Guarana Seed Extract – a natural stimulant that showed promise as an antioxidant.
Green Tea Extract – steamed and fried tea leaves with EGCG, which has been connected with increased metabolism without the stimulation. Green tea extract does contain caffeine, however.
Bitter Orange Extract – supplies synephrine. There is research showing no negative side effects with this stimulant and those that show the opposite. It is typically thought that more research is needed.
What’s Lynfit Supposed to Do?
It looks like Lynfit is a complete program. It works to support protein intake, boost metabolism and even give energy a little spark. What worries us is the addition of multiple stimulants in one formula. Sure, not everyone will react negatively, but there’s no return policy. If you buy it and your heart goes haywire, you are stuck with a bottle you can’t use.
Potential Lynfit Side Effects
It doesn’t take much to list the side effects that could happen when you take Lynfit stimulants. You may want to consider the potential for:
- Increased blood pressure
- Elevated heart rate
- Inability to sleep
What’s the Final Take on Lynfit?
We like the experience Lisa Lynn has under her belt. Thirty years in the business is a long time. But, we are skeptical because the customer has no option to return their purchase if it doesn’t live up to their expectations or if it causes a negative reaction of some sort. For that reason, and the potential for side effects, we’re just not sure about Lynfit.
