What is the Sadkhin Diet?
Sadkhin Diet is a weight loss clinic that’s been around since 1989. There are locations in New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Michigan, Illinois and other states. The program claims to work with “No Medications, No Special Foods, No Surgeries [and] No Heavy Exercise.” You are supposed to lose up to 25 pounds in a single month, which is a claim that’s over the top. Dr. Sadkhin is behind the Sadkhin Diet/Complex. People between 16 and 65 are eligible for the program, as long as they are in fair health. Major health problems exempt you from the diet plan. The initial month of the plan costs about $400. That drops to $240 a month thereafter.

Active Sadkhin Diet Ingredients
If there are any supplements part of the Sadkhin Diet, we did not find them mentioned on the official website. What we did find was a brief description of how the weight loss program works.
Free Consultation – your initial visit. At this time your health, weight and other factors are taken into consideration. Using this information, a personalized plan is created or suggested.
Sadkhin Spheres – small spheres placed behind each ear. They are adjusted by a Certified Sadkhin Practitioner about every 10 days. These are supposed to use acupressure points to decrease hunger.
Certified Sadkhin Practitioner – the dieters point of contact when following the Sadkhin Diet. They are trained at the facility and hold a diploma from Dr. Sadkhin, but no outside education is required.
Sadkhin Weight Loss Boost Up Program – a yearly program designed to help you keep the weight off.
What’s the Sadkhin Diet Supposed to Do?
Essentially the Sadkhin Diet is supposed to help you lose weight fast. They claim up to 25 pounds in the first month. If you take 10 off of that for water weight, that leaves 15 pounds in three weeks or five pounds a week. Safe weight loss is about two pounds a week, though doctor-led plans can produce faster results. It’s important to note that Dr. Sadkhin started the program, but anyone can go through the process of owning a clinic. Though very little information exists for the Sadkhin Diet, we can guess a few things. The weight loss claims suggest a very low calorie diet. From user reviews, the plan allows limited fruits and vegetables for two days then limited milk for two days. This alternates for a month. You can only eat between 11 AM and 6 PM daily. The Sadkhin Spheres use pressure points to fight hunger.
Potential Sadkhin Diet Side Effects
According to the Sadkhin Diet website, there are no side effects to worry about. That’s not true. There is no weight loss plan on the planet that works 100% for everyone without causing a few issues here and there. Based on the simple fact that calorie intake is lowered, you may notice:
What’s the Final Take on the Sadkhin Diet?
We cannot support the Sadkhin Diet in any way. There’s nothing healthy about consuming only fruits, vegetables and milk for a month. Important macronutrients are missing from this equation. A healthy, well-balanced diet is the key to safe, successful weight loss, not a “fad” diet that doesn’t allow sufficient food intake.
