Dr. Sadkhin is behind the Sadkhin Diet/Complex. People between 16 and 65 are eligible for the program, as long as they are in fair health. Major health problems exempt you from the diet plan. The initial month of the plan costs about $400. That drops to $240 a month thereafter.

If you take 10 off of that for water weight, that leaves 15 pounds in three weeks or five pounds a week. Safe weight loss is about two pounds a week, though doctor-led plans can produce faster results. It’s important to note that Dr. Sadkhin started the program, but anyone can go through the process of owning a clinic. Though very little information exists for the Sadkhin Diet, we can guess a few things. The weight loss claims suggest a very low calorie diet. From user reviews, the plan allows limited fruits and vegetables for two days then limited milk for two days. This alternates for a month. You can only eat between 11 AM and 6 PM daily. The Sadkhin Spheres use pressure points to fight hunger.

According to the Sadkhin Diet website, there are no side effects to worry about. That’s not true. There is no weight loss plan on the planet that works 100% for everyone without causing a few issues here and there. Based on the simple fact that calorie intake is lowered, you may notice:
